Balance paid at the time of delivery of memorial diamond product and services. - Lead Time
- After the formal reception of ashes, documentation and payment, the memorial diamond is on average is deliverable in six months. However, because the production period is largely determined by the size being ordered and other orders in queue at the time, there may be variance.

- １． Cancellation
Order(s) may only be cancelled if:
A - there is not enough carbon present in the ashes to make any size memorial diamond. All monies and ashes will be returned to the applicant without charge.
B - an order formed has been filled in, but payment or ashes have not been handed over. - ２． Others
In the rare occurance, the ordered the diamond is even smaller than the finished product specified ranges, (but may be greater), cancelling and refunding is not allowed. In such circumstances, the price is reduced to the size of the finished product. Conversely, if the diamond is larger than the product size ordered by the time it was completed, no extra costs will be charged to the client.
