First, please call today +852 2895-2254. Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. The phone is transferred to our sales representative during non-office hours or public holidays so if there is an urgent case, it can be handled immediately.
To ensure you can proceed with the order in the least amount of time please consider the information and steps below.
Documentation Required
Through your funeral agent, or direct from the crematorium, collect the ashes and bring into our sales office for immediate processing and filling out an order form. Collect the below documents and submit together with the ashes if available by that time.
