Order Processing Steps
After placing an order for a memorial diamond, the steps are as follows:
| Information Request | Call our telephone number（2895-2254）、and request information verbally or by post. |
| Reflect on your decision | Please take your time to consider your choice. Discuss with family if need be and do not hesitate to ask further questions to our friendly and knowledgeable staff. |
| Confirm your order | Contact us again to confirm your order. We will explain in detail what the next steps will be. |
| Order Placement & Ashes hand over |
You will need to sign a purchase agreement and deposit 50% of the value by cheque or TT bank deposit. |
| Ashes transfer to Switzerland | Algordanza Hong Kong / China will transfer your ashes to our Swiss headquarters and laboratory on your behalf. |
| Diamond Production | The production period of a memorial diamond will take on average six months before the diamond is ready to collect.（The actual time is dependent on the size of the diamond order） |
| Completion of Diamond | When the memorial diamond is ready, it will be transfered to Algordanza Hong Kong where it will go for diamond certification, inscription and jewelry mounting (if applicable). |
| Diamond Delivery | The diamond can be collected from our sales office. The final installment is due on the same day. |
